We are working with one of the worlds largest management consultancies and they are in need of Servicenow Integration Specialist Developer for a piece of work they are delivering for a major client.

Job Description:

  • Provide best practice guidance regarding CMDB design and configuration
  • Inform Strategic Portfolio decisions
  • Embed a SIAM governance framework for internal and external supply teams in support of Deloitte audit recommendations
  • experience on Service portal will be added advantage
  • Create mechanism to review CMDB accuracy in support of Deloitte audit recommendations
  • Create review mechanism for audit, regulatory, FOI and Technical reviews
  • Mature processes and procedures for CMDB and Asset register governance and management
