\u2022 Lead the development of visual concepts and creative strategies.
\u2022 Oversee and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality design output.

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
\u2022 5+ years of creative experience in an agency or in-house design environment (2+ years in a leadership role).
\u2022 A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative leadership.
\u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
\u2022 Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography skills.
\u2022 Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business objectives.
\u2022 Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
