\u2022 Define and lead the overall product development strategy in alignment with company objectives.
\u2022 Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new products-from ideation, prototyping, and testing to launch and iteration.
\u2022 Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to bring products to market efficiently and successfully.
\u2022 Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer needs, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation.
\u2022 Lead the development of product specifications, testing protocols, and compliance documentation.
\u2022 Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget product delivery.
\u2022 Build and mentor a high-performing product development team.
\u2022 Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and ensure feasibility and quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Development, or related field (MBA or Master\u2019s is a plus).
\u2022 8-10 years of experience in product development, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
\u2022 Proven track record of launching successful products in consumer goods or manufacturing.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of product design, materials, prototyping, and commercialization processes.
\u2022 Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
\u2022 Highly analytical and creative thinker with strong project management skills.
\u2022 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
