\u2022 Develop and execute the company\u2019s procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
\u2022 Lead contract negotiations, supplier selection, and long-term vendor relationships.
\u2022 Oversee global sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and mitigate supply chain risk.
\u2022 Collaborate with finance, production, and operations to forecast demand and manage procurement budgets.
\u2022 Establish KPIs to monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
\u2022 Manage procurement compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
\u2022 Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
\u2022 Implement procurement systems, tools, and best practices for improved efficiency and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
\u2022 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
\u2022 Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors (multi-site\/global experience is a strong asset).
\u2022 Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction and value creation.
\u2022 Deep understanding of ERP\/MRP systems and procurement analytics.
\u2022 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\u2022 Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
