\u2022 Lead and manage daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and warehousing.
\u2022 Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
\u2022 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support growth initiatives.
\u2022 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
\u2022 Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to optimize operations.
\u2022 Ensure regulatory compliance, health & safety, and environmental standards are met.
\u2022 Collaborate with finance, HR, sales, and other departments to align operational priorities.
\u2022 Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
\u2022 Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a strong asset).
\u2022 8\u201312 years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
\u2022 Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and quality systems.
\u2022 Experience implementing ERP\/MRP systems and driving operational digitalization.
\u2022 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
\u2022 Bilingual (English\/French) preferred, or comfortable in a bilingual environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
