Planning<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead all aspects of financial management: planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with regional leaders to support strategic planning and business growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver proactive insights and forward-looking analysis to senior management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance both traditional and digital brokerage performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Oversight<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Corporate Brokerage Controller for consistent reporting and variance analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate financial insights into executive-level narratives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend revenue optimization and cost-saving strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>People Leadership &amp;
