We are seeking a Fire Alarm Systems Supervisor<\/strong> to lead a team responsible for installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire alarm and security systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects meet safety and compliance standards. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality solutions for life safety systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and electricians
\u2022 Assess sites, plan corrective actions, and manage installations
\u2022 Coordinate subcontractors when required
\u2022 Configure and manage alarm monitoring platforms
\u2022 Oversee inspections, programming, and maintenance of systems (fire alarms, intrusion detection, gas detection, emergency lighting)
\u2022 Prepare inspection reports and review technical drawings
\u2022 Estimate project costs and provide technical support
\u2022 Ensure compliance with building and fire codes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 DEP or equivalent in electronics\/security systems; fire prevention certification is an asset
\u2022 5+ years of experience with fire alarm systems
\u2022 5+ years in a supervisory role
\u2022 Strong knowledge of National Building Code and fire safety regulations
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
\u2022 Familiarity with Mircom and Bosch systems (asset)
\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license
\u2022 Bilingual (French preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
