We\u2019re hiring a Manager, Technical Services <\/strong>to join North America\u2019s leading CDMO dedicated
to Heathcare. Based in Montreal, this newly created role is designed for a technical leader ready
to drive innovation, scale new products, and lead inter-site transfers from development to GMP
production.
You\u2019ll be the go-to expert for process validation, client-facing technical documentation,
equipment qualification, and troubleshooting. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused

Key Responsibilities <\/strong>

\u2022 Technical Leadership
\u2022 Lead internal and external transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing
\u2022 Manage client-facing technical documentation, protocols, and validation reports
\u2022 Support equipment selection, qualification, and process troubleshooting
\u2022 Conduct risk assessments and root-cause investigations
\u2022 Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Education & Experience

\u2022 B.Sc or B.Eng in chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related field
\u2022 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and 3 years in a leadership role
\u2022 Expertise in QbD, scale-up, cGMPs, and validation techniques \u2022 Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
