We\u2019re looking for a dynamic Project Manager<\/strong> to join North America\u2019s leading CDMO
dedicated to healthcare. This role is pivotal in driving CDMO initiatives from product
development through commercialization. You\u2019ll lead complex, cross-functional projects,
ensuring pharmaceutical products are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with
GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022 Build and track detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones
\u2022 Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams
\u2022 Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and provide concise updates to leadership
\u2022 Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with GMP standards
\u2022 Simplify and improve processes by standardizing tools and sharing best practices
\u2022 Prepare clear reports and executive summaries for data-driven decisions
\u2022 Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on results and learning
\u2022 Ensure smooth project closure with documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge
transfer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications
<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (BSc considered an asset)
\u2022 PMP certification or equivalent
\u2022 2+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
\u2022 Solid understanding of manufacturing and\/or R&D processes
\u2022 Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
\u2022 Strong communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional leadership ability
\u2022 Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project)
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
\u2022 Professional maturity and client-facing expertise
\u2022 Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
