Reporting to the General Manager, you will enhance and maintain best\u001epractice quality programs and serve as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing quality matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to uphold GMP standards and support continuous improvement across operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, coach, and mentor the Quality Assurance Pharmaceutical Operations team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure QA personnel receive ongoing training to remain current with regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quality Systems &amp; Compliance<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee all quality systems related to pharmaceutical manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company growth initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain safety, quality, and adherence to customer specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, implement, and achieve certification for new quality and safety programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Investigations &amp; Audits<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in and\/or lead investigations and responses to customer complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support readiness for regulatory inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Supplier &amp; Material Quality<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee raw material and supplier approval programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in resolving supplier\u001erelated quality issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee raw material and finished product testing programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operational Quality Programs<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all employees receive proper hygiene and technical training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate mock recalls and Business Continuity Programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee environmental monitoring and pest control programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Technical Services to drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Science or a related discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations, including implementation and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, and inspection methods (pharma or food)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience developing and implementing procedures, food safety, and quality standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detail\u001eoriented with strong analytical and critical\u001ethinking abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem\u001esolving and risk\u001eassessment capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solution\u001edriven leader able to collaborate across multiple teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and deliver results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully bilingual (French &amp;
