As the Head of Procurement, you will lead the procurement strategy across the organization, ensuring cost-effectiveness, supply continuity, and supplier performance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing, build strong supplier relationships, and support business growth. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with deep procurement expertise and a sharp business mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead contract negotiations, supplier selection, and long-term vendor relationships.
• Oversee global sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and mitigate supply chain risk.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and operations to forecast demand and manage procurement budgets.
• Establish KPIs to monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage procurement compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Implement procurement systems, tools, and best practices for improved efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors (multi-site/global experience is a strong asset).
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction and value creation.
• Deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems and procurement analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
