Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join North America’s leading CDMO
dedicated to healthcare. This role is pivotal in driving CDMO initiatives from product
development through commercialization. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects,
ensuring pharmaceutical products are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with
GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and track detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams
• Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and provide concise updates to leadership
• Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with GMP standards
• Simplify and improve processes by standardizing tools and sharing best practices
• Prepare clear reports and executive summaries for data-driven decisions
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on results and learning
• Ensure smooth project closure with documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge
transfer

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BSc considered an asset)
• PMP certification or equivalent
• 2+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and/or R&D processes
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional leadership ability
• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Professional maturity and client-facing expertise
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
