Job Description

We’re hiring a Manager, Technical Services to join North America’s leading CDMO dedicated
to Heathcare. Based in Montreal, this newly created role is designed for a technical leader ready
to drive innovation, scale new products, and lead inter-site transfers from development to GMP
production.
You’ll be the go-to expert for process validation, client-facing technical documentation,
equipment qualification, and troubleshooting. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused
environment and know your way around QbD, cGMPs, and scientific rigor, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• Lead internal and external transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing
• Manage client-facing technical documentation, protocols, and validation reports
• Support equipment selection, qualification, and process troubleshooting
• Conduct risk assessments and root-cause investigations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Education & Experience

• B.Sc or B.Eng in chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related field
• 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in QbD, scale-up, cGMPs, and validation techniques • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
