As the Art Director, you’ll be at the creative forefront, leading the visual vision of campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients to bring compelling ideas to life across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of visual concepts and creative strategies.
• Oversee and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality design output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with creative goals.
• Present and articulate creative direction and design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on design support when needed, particularly during high-priority projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of creative experience in an agency or in-house design environment (2+ years in a leadership role).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative leadership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business objectives.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
